Wonderful people, wonderful service! I actually enjoy my time there. Dr. Snouffer is very professional and he creates an incredibly uplifting atmosphere. A true Buckeye, who is straightforward with each patient, and never pushes products or services. My only problem is that I pay out of pocket, so each visit seems expensive. I recomend him to all of my friends!
About Hygienist: Wonderful people, wonderful service! I actually enjoy my time there. She is very kind, knowledgable, and caring about not only my teeth, but also my life, interests, and work success.

I have been a patient at Dr. Snouffer's office since 1975. His father, Dr. Ed Snouffer, was my dentist when I started there as a patient over 30 years ago. Dr. Doug Snouffer has continued the tradition started by his father of personal, friendly, gentle family style dental care which I have enjoyed for so many, many years.

Dr. Snouffer's staff are very helpful, and the patient feels as if they know him or her personally. It seems to be a happy office. The equipment and decor are fresh and up-to-date. The whole atmosphere is professional as well as welcoming and personal. The hours are the most patient-friendly I've experienced in medical or dental offices. I've never had a bad experience with Dr. Snouffer in the many years my family and I have been treated by him, and I feel great confidence that my dental health, not his bottom line, is his priority.

From the minute you walk in the door until the appointment is over Dr. Snouffer and his staff create a comfortable and friendly experience. As we all know a visit to the Dentist is not always for fun and games, but they consistently keep the atmosphere as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist (like most people). However, Dr. Snouffer makes it easy with flexible schedules, friendly staff and a convenient location. Plus, his reception staff is extremely knowledgable in their coverage, health plans, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Snouffer's office if you're looking for a great, friendly dentist!

Great staff and a relaxing environment complete with complementary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate (maybe that brings in more bleaching business!) make visiting Dr Snouffer's office as pleasant as a dentist appointment can be. Dr Snouffer himself is also pleasant and amiable. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Snouffer and his staff have taken care of my dental needs for the last couple of years and I always feel like I'm part of the family when I arrive for my appointments. Dr. Snouffer always takes time with me while I'm there and listens to my concerns. I have referred several of my friends and family to him because of his down to earth approach to dentistry. I will continue to see Dr. Snouffer and his wonderful staff for many years to come.

The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The morning and evening hours are very convenient.Dr. Snouffer has a wonderful personality -- he is gentle, friendly and not to metion, FUNNY, which is always important when visiting the dentist. I have never had to wait long to see a hygenist or Dr. Snouffer once I arrive for my appointment. I LOOK FORWARD to visiting the dentist! :)

Every time you go in they want to remove and old filling and replace it with a new one then charge 200.00 for it. Had one drilled out and refilled and it was drilled out too much and caused the tooth to crack. Can you say crown. I had a filling that was doing it's job, but they said it needed taken out and all this led to a cracked tooth and a crown. Next time I went they wanted to do another filling replacement. I said no and the front desk pressured me until I gave in and scheduled it eventhough I didn't want to. I didn't go back and won't go back. Don't like the high pressure and having work done that wasn't necessary.

fantastic front desk assistance,good dental hygienists, & Dr. Snouffer is so personable and easy-going. I am always greeted with a smile and I feel so welcome. The whole staff tries to do whatever it takes to help the patient. The dental care is competent & professional.
