I have had many issues with my teeth from the beginning, in addition to having an eating disorder that really deteriorated the situation...I already have a partial on the top...very few teeth left, and they are in very bad shape...I don't go anywhere anymore and actually retired because they were presenting such an issue...I hope to be able to get dentures asap so that I can eat and go out again. thanks you for your help...Allt he teeth remaining are loose, but one in fron t is almost gone and I have obligations that will be even more embarassing if this happens...can any one reccommend someone to do procedures very soon...thanks!

Dentures are a complicated replacement for lost bone, soft tissue and teeth that are made using a combination of art and engineering. Most people are happiest the longest with a properly planned and executed denture. One of the new exciting advancements to the traditional denture is the implant retained denture. A number of root-like implants are placed in the bone and the denture is afixed to them, giving almost the feel and stability of natural teeth Your situation may lend itself to an interim denture, while extraction sites heal and gum tissue becomes healthy, followed by the traditional denture. We can do this for you. There are several offices that advertise the "one day denture" listed in the yellow pages. It may be that you would desire this "quick fix" method, as long as the long term risks are explained to you.
