Case Description
Hi,
The filling for my tooth (lower right) has come off. I'm looking to refill this. A molar (lower left) tooth needs to be extracted. Also, looking for general tooth cleaning to be performed. I do have insurance. Prefer late evening schedules or Saturday appointments.

We welcome you to our office for a free conslut, if your wisdom teeth are in our office will do the extractions, if they are impacted we suggest to see an oral surgeon , we can recommend you to one ,if you choose to.Your cleaning can be done here at our office if you wish after the consult,Regards,Dr, Latif and staff.
