The case you have presented is an unusal one. To be fair you would have to have your x-rays evaluated and an exam. There are many options available to straighten and correct the coloring of teeth. Dental implants are usually a final choice when the teeth are not restorable because of disease or decay. The procedure is done at your dental office and with a periodontist or oral surgeon.
