i have got toothache in a teeth which has filling (teeth was filled three years ago), i have pain which comes and goes. the teeth is intolerable to cold, the teeth has bad smell too. i use mouthwash for relief but in vain. do the pain will diminish with time...plz let me know your opinion

By the description you have sent me there appears to be some generalized concerns with your teeth. By leaving it alone chances are good the tooth ache will only get worse. Mouthwash will not help. Sometimes a toothpaste made for sensitive teeth can help with the cold sensitivity. You should schedule an exam to evaluate your concerns.
