Case Description
I was wondering about lumineers and how much they cost. My doctor recommended veneers but he doesnt do that kind of work. I also was wondering the cost of this kind of procedure.

Lumineers are placed over the existing tooth with minimal removal of tooth structure. Lumineers are as thin as a contact lens. Minimal anesthesia is required. Good morning and thank you for your inquiry. I would be more than happy to discuss the exciting process of veneers with you. The procedure is very non-invasive. At times teeth only need to be slightly prepared and a thin shell of porcelain is placed over the existing teeth. They are very natural looking and are fabricated from a wax-up which is done prior, wherein you may look at what the end result can be. At the preparation appointment you are given temporaries to wear for about 1 to 2 weeks then the final veneers are cemented. Each veneer case is very specific and often no two cases are alike. I would need to see you for a consultation to better explain the treatment which is best for you. The cost for veneers in the Columbus area varies significantly; therefore before I give a specific price estimate I would need to make sure you are in fact a good candidate for this type of procedure.
